Delicate Wonderland Jewellery By Sian Bostwick

Siân Bostwick produces jewellery with a feminine style and a hint of wonderland inspired by the Kentish countryside with a suggestion of fairytales. Everything is designed and produced from a small but perfectly formed Kentish workshop and developed to be a young accessory designer of the year finalist and selected to be part of the kickstart stand at IJL (international jewellery London) Sian Bostwick is set to be a rising star in jewellery.

What Kind Of Materials Are You Using?
I combine colourful deep blue and rich purple anodised titanium in the form of dainty fairytale butterflies, nots and flowers with satin finished silver and other silver pieces delicate hand pierced details.

What Got You Started Jewelry Crafting?
Although not from an artistic family I have always been creative and found craft and arts subjects of great solace. On my explorations and always drawing and making I discovered jewellery making and began to study the craft. A few years later I was trust out into the real world and began to explore how I wanted to express myself though making jewellery whilst hungrily trying to pick up new skills and build on existing ones.

How and/or Where Do You Sell Your Jewelry?
Both online thought sites like Etsy and Folksy and jewellery shops and galleries across the country (UK).

What Is Your Source of Inspiration?
The beautiful countryside around me, its colure, brightness and sense of fairytale wonder found in the middle of English woodland as well as my reading of books and in particular graphic novels with there beautiful illustrations and complex imagery and story detail
